Meet Robert Collins
Robert Collins founded Collins Builds Realty Group with a simple mission: to help clients make intelligent real estate decisions through knowledge, preparation, and trust.
Robert combines experience across real estate, finance, analytics, and construction to provide clients with a broader perspective than a traditional real estate transaction alone.
His professional background includes executive leadership in data and analytics, financial decision-making, residential construction, and real estate brokerage. As both a North Carolina Broker-in-Charge and North Carolina Licensed General Contractor, Robert understands properties from multiple perspectives—including market value, construction quality, renovation potential, and long-term investment performance.
Robert earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA in Finance from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
